Does anyone have a holistic doctor, nutritionist/dietitian, or orthopedist they like? I went to a family doctor and she was wholly unhelpful in my questions regarding diets, vitamin supplements, testosterone and longevity.

I Visited India recently. Felt so bad talking to some people after hearing what they went through during covid. I wish we could do something.

Took my first ever sick day today on account of my very poor and worsening mental health. Just could not bring myself to put in another 14 hour day with back to back meetings and constant activity. Felt very guilty but I honestly wish I could be more honest and actually share with my manager about why I took a day off.

For those also going through this, any tips on how you manage yourself day to day? What self talk tends to help?

Had anyone stopped taking Xanax? Any tips? I have been taking 0.5 mg of Xanax every night for the past 2 weeks as my anxiety keeps me from sleeping. Unfortunately, I faced a side effect of constipation last few days, so I didn't take it last night, with hopes of weaning off of it. Has anyone else talked to a doctor about stress while trying to conceive? I’ve been having a really hard time wanting a baby for the way my husband and I have been arguing or talking to each other. I think we should go to counseling. I know I love him and I know he loves me- there’s just so much animosity so much anxiety around discussions. Is it just me or do people drive like maniacs in the Denver metro? Constant tailgating no matter what the speed limit or if there’s traffic or construction. I’m appalled by how dangerous some people here drive. Relax, getting there a few seconds faster isn’t worth anyone’s life. Aren’t y’all supposed to be too high to be driving like this anyway?
