I have heard this that after receiving PLI if anyone resign within 6 months of receiving it then he/she has to reimbursed the PLI amount to the company in their FNF any ideas about this?

No, the PLI which you would have got that was of last years CTC so there’s no chance at all but still confirm with HR once

If you resign after the PLI has been declared but before it gets credited to your account, you will not receive the payment. However, you are free to resign immediately after it gets credited to you account - company cannot claw back on that. Claw back is generally applicable to Joining and Retention bonus, Settling Allowance, Reimbursements for mobile handset, reimbursements paid on account of relocation/ transfer etc.
