Does anyone have any creative ideas on what my company can do for May Mental Health month?
Can anyone recommend a certificate or course that is actually useful for developing professionals and/or reviewing performance? I don’t want/need something that is just a credential, I’m actually looking to get some formal grounding in these two topics so I can overhaul processes at my consulting firm. Thanks for your advice!!!

Hi all! We’re doing quite a bit of hiring on our HR team at LEK Consulting - in particular Manager positions in LA and Boston and a specialist role in NYC. If anyone is interested, or knows someone that could be a good fit, feel free to dm me!
I am looking to gain certification or other credentialing in diversity and inclusion, not only because it would look good on my resume both for future job-search purposes and also to become better educated in this area, which is growing in importance. I looked at SHRM's "Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential" and got a bit of "sticker shock" at the cost - $1,655.00 for members. Does anyone have other suggestions on training/credentialing in this area?

Any 🐠 in Telecom billing/BSS sales? Looking for perspectives on the industry overall and what the big shifts will see over the next few years. Also looking to connect and share personal experiences. Overall have to say the space has felt quite stagnated last few years, especially in MSOs. Too much fear to make any major shifts, especially now in covid.
I started interviewing with a company back in January but they were taking while to make a decision so I put them out of my mind. Fast forward to last week and I found out that I’m newly pregnant. Now, I was offered the job. I don’t know what to do! I hate my current job and this new company seems like a better fit. Do I tell them before I accept the role? I know it’s very early and anything could happen with this pregnancy but I’m torn. Advice would be so helpful!
Currently, I am recruiting or trying to recruit without LinkedIn Recruiter. Management is having a hard time seeing the ROI from LinkedIn Recruiter because they have never used it. Most of my experience in recruiting has been using LinkedIn Recruiter as my go to source. Is there anything I can do to convince them otherwise? Or are there any other resources that can help me fill all of my open positions? We use JazzHR for our ATS and free job boards through JazzHR.
Working on a take-home case study for a direct lender, I was given a public company take-private scenario and build a model around it, want to get you guys thoughts on whether I should include a few pages on historical financials?

I like consulting, but I am more interested in improving patient outcomes. Depending on the project I am on, usually that’s not a huge driver for the project or what my role focuses on. I am currently aligned to Health at ACN. I would like to move to industry where member centric care, patient outcomes, reducing disparities etc is at the forefront preferably using health technology. Anyone have suggestions?
I applied to a job and created a custom cover letter for a startup with a role I’m really into. Would it be too much if I emailed the recruiter about how I’m interested in the role because I’m interested in learning from the head of product at the company (he’s in charge of the program) since I’ve followed his thought articles/interviews views on being a good PM and I’ve learned a lot? Or is that desperate?
Does EY reimburse CFA exam fees for FDD group? I asked our local HR several times but no response so far.
