I’ve found going in-house the pace has not slowed down, but the tasks seem simpler. I’m in more of an individual contributor role so no opportunities for delegation which may be part of the challenge.
Same here. I’m doing some higher level tasks but some things that the most junior members of our account teams would do
What type of company are you in house at? I just did the same thing and it’s been amazing. I feel like what I am doing contributes more to an overall business goal and not just PR-only goals.
Going in house is a common end goal for people at agencies but I will say you have to get it right when picking the company you go in house for. Hopefully things pick up for you!
