I made the switch to in house and omg it’s so slow. I knew it’d be a bit slower than agency but I accomplish less in a month than I used to in a day. Is this how all in house jobs are or has anyone found a faster pace in house gig?

If the healthcare industry is so messed up, why hasn’t there been any successful healthcare startups? Seems like there is so much opportunity for improvement here, but there must be a reason no one is capitalizing on it. What are the barriers?

I’ve got a partnership w/ two of my uncles. We have two houses on rent. we use the profit from the homes as a single pot where we pay for the maintenance expenses (different cash flow from each). We are close family and they trust my judgement. Another of my uncles wants to join for the next home we buy. How do we split/ allow their buy in to our partnership for the next home? My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year. I also went above and beyond my job as well (covering for him for a month while he was away on paternity leave) while taking on other projects outside of my job title and got zip—no raise or recognition. Started at my first agency 3 mo. ago. I’m doing great work on exciting clients, but I often feel uninspired and drained. Is it growing pains or is this the wrong industry for me? How will I know?

Some PMs always catch my careless mistakes, and call me out hard. Now whenever I get an email from them I assume the worst and get anxious. The more I get anxious the more mistakes I make, and terrified this will lead to me for being “incompetent” and will get fired/passed up for promotions, then I mentally shut down at work and stop trying. Always been outspoken and an overachiever, now becoming shy awkward and quiet. I get panic attacks at work and feel trapped in my own body. Pls help!!
