Obviously there are draws to both. I’m an officer for what it’s worth so I can realistically retire at O-5, MAYBE O-6.

Does an address change affect your field office? Moved from Connecticut to Seattle and filed address change last year. Wondering whether that’s why GC is taking forever. They claim to do a lot of research oriented designs, as everyone. But is that really the case or it's like some other service based companies where the UX is almost vague, and happens mostly based on what the managers think to be good?

Does UX have any value or it's just drafting wireframes based on ideations by the managers and then UI designs?

I’m a UX designer with 2 YOE in a design agency currently at 12.5LPA. I’ve recently landed an offer at a startup for 16.5 LPA + 2L esops with 2yr cliff period for a senior UX design role. I want to know if it’s worth to make the switch or wait some more?

PS: This was my first interview in the switching process so I’m not sure if I could have landed better offers or if this is the best I could get.
