If I want to start a family office, what kind of experience would be helpful? Looking at whether I should get a 1-2 years of experience in HF, PE or VC. Is it worth to buy a place in NYC?

Has anyone had success reducing or getting off stimulants? I been on vyvanse for 10 years and now at a pretty high dose (60mg). I feel fine when I take 60mg but my concern is if I don’t take that much I feel barely functional and I don’t want to go any higher in future years. Not taking on weekends basically requires me to just lay in bed all weekend.
