Joining Google in a few weeks and assuming I will be moving to the Bay Area sometime this year. For people who have kids, what do you do about schools? My wife and I are looking to buy a place but most the public schools in the South Bay are rated terribly. It’s good to note we don’t have kids yet but are trying to think longer term. RSU-137 (over 4 yrs) worth 13.5 LPA,standard Amazon vesting

I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.
