The role is cloud application architect but I want to ask them about the senior cloud application architect role. Reorgs are just a part of the corporate world. If you haven’t been a part of one in your career yet, then you most likely haven’t been in the corporate workforce for very long. If you have been a part of a reorg, however, how do you personally approach it? There are many factors at play, but in general do you try to establish relationships with the individuals you know will be key contributors and/or decision makers going forward? Or do you lay low and let what ever happens be/hope for the best?

-95k base, no bonus, better benefits.
-Booz Allen Hamilton
-Senior Consultant.
-Similar position to now, better progression.

Role 2.
-95k base, 16% bonus, good benefits.
-National grocery chain.
-Slightly different role: more admin / training others / governance / custom coding connectors, etc.
