I want to know will I get the same level of case study with all the quant as any other consultant would get or will it be according to my profile McKinsey & Company

I am being offered 17lpa fixed + 1.7lpa variable by Mckinsey Bangalore and 14.5lpa fixed + 1.5lpa Joining bonus by Deutsche Telekom WFH.

Both are offering me a SDE 1 position.
