Hi, I have attended mega walk-in drive at Cognizant, Bhubaneswar on Feb. On the same day I had done with 1st and 2nd round of interview. On March 2nd week, I got a mail from HR team, to upload the recent passport photo. Then after few days I got call from HR for salary negotiation, I thought it was final discussion but HR told me to wait for another call. After that onwards there is not a single call from them.
Is there any one suffering with the same situation. Please share your updates.

Feeling like I’ve been “bait-and-switched”…

I’ve been interviewing at an agency with the intention of filling a Director role. Recruitment reached out soon after my last meet-and-greet interview (about 6 to 7 people total) to tell me the team thinks I would be best suited for an Associate Director role with a fast follow of a Director promotion.

Recruitment can’t tell me what feedback is creating this gap but also won’t stop mentioning the positive praise and feedback the team had for me.

I applied for a job within my unit that I do not qualify for. Now, I have an interview for this job. Me knowing I do not meet most of the qualifications for this position has my imposter syndrome thinking I shouldn’t even do this interview because it would be a waste of time. Has anyone felt this way?
