Has anyone returned or know how to return laptop by courier pickup? Should we schedule pickup few days in advance so that it reaches by last working day??

In a perfect world how much would you want to make a year to both pay off your loans and live a good life? I think I'd need to make upwards of $200k to pay off my loans, take care of my family and live a fulfilling life.

Anyone have any insights into Big Law firms opening in Salt Lake City (Kirkland & Ellis, Wilson Sonsini, Greenberg Traurig, Foley, etc.)? I was approached by a recruiter because of a past connection to the state, and I’m trying to determine whether it would be a good fit.

I received an offer for a mid-large size consulting firm at $80k with a $10k signing bonus to be an associate consultant. Is this industry norm- high? Low? I have no clue as it is my first offer and unsure whether to accept it or negotiate

How do Rolex waitlists work with respect to different models? Like if an AD could let me have a Sub, Exp 1 or 2, DJ, GMT, etc I would honestly take whatever is available first. Are there lists for specific models or is it sort of just one big pool?

Any attorneys in the Bay Area practicing just in estate planning (not litigation), can you give your take on whether you would get enough business to do only planning? I'm currently doing family law and I want to start moving away from litigation. For family law there really isn't a non litigation role that produces enough business (i.e. mediation). I do okay, but definitely have to take on more litigation than I prefer. I was thinking estate planning might be a good addition to the mix.
