Please suggest me they will consider my L1 results for next job that I applied or I have to start again from scratch?or they will take my L2 directly.

I got a decent offer from a competitive company ( in my domain ) and my current company countered that. I revoked my resignation and got the team internally changed, but still I am not liking the work. The other company work is better as per my analysis. I am planning to resign again as the other company is ready to match( better in a few aspects ). Will this be a good decision?
