I recently joined Barclays and I have one doubt regarding bonus part in my salary which is not officially mentioned anywhere in my offer.

Can anyone please tell how we get annual bonus in % on Below Salary components.
Is it on BASIC SALARY or ANNUAL SALARY or TOTAL FIXED PAY.

Level 10.1 how much hike and vpay?

What would everyone think would be a good salary for a senior manager of digital product and strategy for an established fintech company? Comparably has 179k base as the median. Recruiter mentioned 173 as their all in top.

Just venting. College friend (same ethnicity but came to US with family as a kid) told me she might get a new job offer w a smaller firm, 50% pay bump. We currently work at comparable big firms but her pay is already higher than mine (hers include stocks, mine doesn’t). We did equally well in college & I know I’m just as smart. I need your immediate help for Barclays, i am in the middle of the interview process for Barclays Pune/Mumbai, I have heard that they do check Credit Report for all roles as a part of their Pre employment screening (May be stage 1).
Is that correct?
Can someone please check their Background screening report and confirm?
I think they use Hireright as their 3rd part agency but not sure.
