I have given second round f2f interview on 16 Apr. For F2f my poc was not there, so someone from his team reached me & told to give interview in a room with my mobile phone. The interview was quite short liken 6 min, just asked my introduction, project, reason for change & list of certifications. I feel like all my knowledge was not tested properly. After that I was asked to Exit it's a days passed & I am yet to get any call for HR discussions. Anyone knows when I can get any updates.

I work for a small agency and manage our internal marketing acct. We had very few processes in place when I started. I’ve since created, implemented, and trained our dept. on project mgmt for clients and am trying to convince the owner to apply those principles to our internal jobs. They are resistant because they just want the work to be done and don’t “want to keep spending money on internal jobs”. I’m confused because we’re doing the work either way and “spending” in labor/resources.

Has anyone been successful negotiating a “breach notification costs” provision in contracts with vendors? What are some good args to include it? I feel like vendors generally flat out say “no”, but I have seen some contracts where vendors were willing to include it and I’m wondering how that happened 😁
