I received a $2,000 bonus
We got a $750 bonus. Tbh borderline insulting since tax cut it by like half
Our health system gave out system wide increases about 8 months ago for all hourly employees. Average increase was about 17%.
Although this was probably more a market and retention reason rather than COVID.
Switched jobs and got a 21% pay increase due to lack of hygienists wanting to work. If I didn’t switch jobs, there would not have been a raise.
I work in an outpatient laboratory. My bonus this year went up to $3000. Last year it was $2300. The hourly pay increase was only 2-3%. I was recently offered a hospital laboratory position that is offering a sign on bonus, slightly better benefits, and a 15% base pay increase.

We got the yearly bonus, bit nothing covid specific. My geographic location doesn't have too many options to move around..
We got a $500.00 bonus last year after no merit increase

No increase in pay. No bonus that I noticed.
But they buy lunch once a week

No but the childcare facilities did give discounts whenever they shut down due to covid (usually you are charged whether or not the child reports to the center).
In primary care while seeing COVID patients daily we got our pay cut by 10% for a quarter, to make up for the financial losses without surgeries and dermatology visits, then back to normal. No increase yet.
No bonuses. No pay increase. No lunches. We were told to be happy we had a job.
