I joined in year Jan 2025 as associate and got 2 rating.How much vp and hike I can expect.My billing started on June end and utilisation is 44% at the end of Nov.Reason for this rating I got is low utilisation.Is that true or if manager would have wanted they can have given 3.Am I need to worry about 2 rating as I can see it's below average.
