I’m starting at VMLY&R on account side and was asked if I want a PC or Mac. Not trying to be the odd one out - what do most account folks have?

Most that I work with are on Macs. However on some of the tech accounts across NA like Dell, Intel or Microsoft many carry PCs. Or will eventually.

Get what ur most comfortable with using but would suggest a Mac. A few colleagues were issued PCs by default and it took months to transition them to Macs due to backfill issues.

What account are you working on?

Get a mac.

Account is PC I worked there

Don’t choose to fit in. Choose what fits you.

Get what works! If you are a Mac person and you are struggling on a PC you will be the annoying person asking how to do things - you will tell people you choose something you can't use well.

This is twice now in back to back weeks my boss has asked me where the disconnect was in our communications because I didn’t deliver on what “was asked”, even though I know damn well what was asked and what was done were the same thing. I’m not sure if he’s changing the meaning or isn’t communicating what he’s envisioning or what but it’s embarrassing to be called out like that, and to have people think you’re the dumb 23 year old.

So, some of my co-workers simply said that they want to go ahead and start something or start looking elsewhere (career change) because they don't know how much it will last at the pace we are going in regards to case intake and pay out. Should I start panicking or simply start looking elsewhere? They even they even told me if I was looking elsewhere or planned on doing so also. I found it weird in a way.
