My unit recently changed their LIK policy. We were originally able to use LIK for 2 nights (Friday night, Saturday night) if you live under 50 miles. Now we have to live 150+ miles out in order to get 2 nights. The memo was signed by a one star. The new offer is at a fintech firm in Toronto at 80k CAD with 100 employees. I got offer from CTS. But Hr is asking to provide form16 or pf statement for all my previous companies, else my background check will fail. Is it true?
I can provide these for my current company, but difficult to get for earlier ones, since it's been almost 10 yrs I have left them. I have written to hr of previous companies but no response yet.
