Hi, I received an offer from Infosys, but my BGV wasn't cleared. My previous company had a 3-month unpaid training policy, and between Feb–May 2025, salaries were delayed due to a financial crisis. I provided the offer letter and an acknowledgment from the company as proof. Now the recruiter says they may negotiate my experience or cancel my offer. I'm stressed, as this situation was beyond my control and not my fault. What will recruiter do now will she accept me? Does anyone faced the similar?

Currrently holding an offer from Accenture of 22lpa but the designation they have offered me is of Level 9 TL. Will they revise my designation if I ask them?
My YOE : 9.11 I will completing 10 yrs next month.
