Is it a good Idea to switch after 6 months if project is not suitable or should stay for longer?

First question here. B Business Applied Finance degree, finished by the end of 2020. I have experience in multiple roles in different industries, customer service 10+ years experience. Why is Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification this hard compared to other SF certifications? Any tips to crack this?

Deciding on a career path

I feel like my brain works like a consultant, and I would enjoy consulting, but I also looove all things finance & investing. While I don’t necessarily have extensive experience in the field (most of what I know is self taught, my major is accounting), I want to get involved in it somehow and learn more.

Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. I have got an offer letter from Morgan Stanley for the QA role in regulatory reporting. Currently I am in a BA role with 7 yrs experience. In MS they are giving a good hike (45%) plus joining bonus. Not sure at this stage should i switch from BA to QA role.

Thoughts on getting CFP when done with CPA (1 test left) and pivoting from audit to personal financial planning? Estates, taxes, savings, etc. Or should I just stick the OG plan and go into industry FP&A when I make senior/CPA?

Any input on job offerings I’ve received. Morgan Stanley CRU risk officer pay is $70k with a less than 10% bonus. And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. I joined 6 months ago as a L5 manager. I like my team but don't enjoy the work. I also feel I was down levelled at the time of joining. Should I wait 6 months and move internally? How easy is internal mobility especially if I were to target a L6 role? Would applying outside be wise ?
