Hi , I recently got a offer in CTS . They have Started the BGV and I have submitted all the documents of my past employer where my first employer does not have PF and currently the organisation is not functional. Still they asked for the employer clarification from the domain mail. I managed to get it through some LinkedIn associated members. But now as before 2 days of joining they state the Bgv is negative. One of the worst experience with such a big company .

As someone who is interested in public interest law (open to impact litigation or policy work), does it make sense to clerk in state court -- trial level -- and if so, for how long? Are these clerkships only useful for becoming a state court judge down the line or can they open doors to other paths?

Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?

Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc .
