Hi, I wanted to check if anyone has recently resigned from tcs while on the bench. In such cases, is it mandatory to serve the full 90-day notice period, or does HR usually approve an early release? Please share your experience. Thanks!

Do you recommend getting appliances home warranty (ie American Home Shield) for rentals or do you deal with maintenance issues as they arise (I’m thinking appliances, AC, garage, etc...)? For reference, American Home Shield warranty charges ~$50/month and ~$125/service order!
