I've 3 months notice in my current company, however I proposed that I be relieved early which the manager had accepted. As per the organizatinl HR policy, if I request for release the FNf will be recovered from my salary. However, I got to know this later, after I committed joining in new company.

Just want to know that I have only remaining month to serve notice, can I do so while I join the new org or will there be any legal consequences during BGV or at a later stage

Hi, I got an offer letter from Accenture with DOJ 1st of March but my current organization release me on the 4th of march, in that case, what should I need to do as I have already sent a mail to HR to extend my offer letter till 6th of March and she agreed on that. Will they revoke my offer letter in this case or they will initiate my new offer letter? Need help
