Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts. I'm looking forward to go for MBA/changing technology, which one would be a better option? In case of the latter can you guys suggest lucrative technologies which has little/no coding and can definitely give good packages? I've tried changing jobs in Basis for nearly one year and didn't get through. Please help me.

3 weeks until the GMAT....should I do TTP (advanced)? Have 3-4 hours / day to study. Currently at 46Q.

How long did it take y'all to prep for the GMAT? I would need to start from basics for all of the sections just so I can get my fundamentals down.

Is the ETS GRE-GMAT converter accurate? My GMAT is above medians everywhere but I don’t know how much it matters.

Got a GRE score of 320 (162V 158Q). Did my masters from A&M (full scholarship, 3.8 GPA, journal publications. Have been working as a consultant for a small tech consulting firm for the past 1 year and was considering a MBA + Law or Public Policy masters dual degree program. Is it worth it to do a PhD in Statistics or Epidemiology or Health Informatics if I am interested in being a data science director in Pharma or a Health system? They have only asked the PAN, PASSPORT and Current employer salalry slips and promotion letter.

My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?
