Joined isl recently. Got to know that it’s manager centric pem. What things should I take to complete my probation nicely, anything you guys recommend. Anything to make relations. My pem is someone here is India and my role is with a manager in uk. So in a confused state. Anything on leaves in probation and when do we get feedback of our work. Have bit of self doubt as it’s first switch in 6b. Need help.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

For those who completed their SHRM certification this year (CP or SCP) and opted for self study, what study materials did you use to prepare?
