Hi mates, today I submitted my data for on boarding to HCL in their EIS I-on board tool. Next I will get a formal offer. Is there any scope to negotiate for more than the verbally promised 26Lpa? I have 16yoe & joining HCL as senior lotus notes application developer. Please advise. I do not have any counter offers but hoping to get atleast 1 after answering 2 interviews. Thanks

She went to the US Embassay in Athens knowing she had a month left of traveling, and gave her an emergency passport and punched holes in her exsisting one. Now no country will let her in with her emergency passport.

I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Both are more than I’ve ever made (Denver, 17 yrs of experience but completely different practice areas). Any tips for countering the $130k offer for more using the other potential offer while not risking a complete withdrawal of the current offer?
