If I genuinely seethed with envy over their wit w/that perfectly placed semi-colon. People can’t re-art direct stuff bc they don’t know the programs so they ask the ADs for changes. Word and a keyboard made everyone think they can write. Which they can’t. Google Slides is Google slip ‘n slide into (bad ref. here.)

IBM has offered me X amount ctc and i accepted it on portal....now got to know that market valuation for 10.3 yoe is greater than offered ctc....can i ask HR to increase the ctc and change the band...will they consider it?...not holding any counter offer as of now

As it’s early stage of my career I need to learn and then implement but because of that I am daily facing pressure and I am daily worried abt my work . How to overcome this pressure? Offer letter mentioned recovery of joining bonus if separation before 1 year. If i resign now ,my lwd is beyond 1year since I joined 10 months back. Which date will be considered here? Day of separation filing or actual lwd .
Also Can one can revoke separation at a later stage?
