I wanted to enquire if the firm would be revising the compensation if we become ACCA member after joining. If yes, how much is the expected hike.

Also what's the CTC of an ACCA affiliate on average with one year experience.

I was fired after I reported a partner for a serious (criminal) ethics violation. The firm covered it up. Are all companies like this in the end? I’ve lost my trust and don’t know how to start over.

Do companies sometimes offer "gifts of appreciation" if you're not selected for a merit increase? My manager randomly called me to let me know I was chosen for the "gift" this year bc of my "hard work & dedication", except now I'm learning other colleagues are receiving actual merits.
