I have received an offer letter from Axtria for L1 analyst role.. They are offering 8 lpa.. What will be the in-hand salary? Also is it good to leave infosys and join Axtria? If I accept the offer letter, am I supposed to Compulsorily join Axtria?

I am getting offered as 11.25 plus 15 RSU on getting promoted from L3 to L4. In april, the appraisal was from 6.7 to 9.4.
YOE- 5 yr in amazon, total -8

Please suggest if there is any possible way to make it to either 2 lakh increment in base-pay or or shares.

I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. Thinking about looking for a role on a project with J1 that’s not along my career path but will allow for me to do work with no calls so that I can manage both jobs. Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. Our retail division has one set of software for scheduling and one for payroll, and neither of them can handle predictive scheduling compliance issues unless they’re used for both the scheduling and payroll functions.
