How do I start my career as an AML/KYC analyst? I have in customer service for 3 years and now I want to change my career path.

Could anybody tell me what certification would be required and where to get them from?

And will it be a good career path for me with customer handling experience?

I'm in Silicon Valley, and been in the industry for about 15 years now. Fell into the corporate in-house role and been in those ever since. I primarily do marketing/brand design. I'd love to get to AD level, but I think my main issues has been that I rock the boat a lot and don't play the "corporate game well", piss off the wrong people. Does anyone have any advise for how to advance in corporate environement while keeping the integrity of creative alive?

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms. I was going to leave the legal field all together because I was so burned out and depressed, but I decided to give the field one more chance if I was able to go in-house. Prayerfully, this transition will be a good one.
