I'm very enthusiastic about the opportunity to join Sanofi at the L1-2 level.
I've recently received an offer from Sanofi for 12.6 LPA. Subsequently, I've received another offer for 14.8 LPA. However, my strong preference remains to join Sanofi.

Question :-
* Whether Sanofi typically entertains counter-offers when a candidate has a higher competing offer ?

If you have faced same situation. Please provide your insights. It will help a lot.

I spent 2 years as an SE at my current company and was offered a job at the same company to lead our tech partnerships. I was pumped about the role and increased my OTE by 20%.

After 4 months, the culture of this team is entirely different than sales. My manager micromanages me, is out of touch, and threatened me for having passion projects outside of work.

If a partner asked you to do non-client related/may help later work, how long is too long to get back to them? Came to big law as a second year from a smaller firm (three years out). First year (who should be a second year) is emailing me trying to figure out where are things with a federal notice summary (I allowed them to help). Can I tell the first year to chill? I feel like if the partner needed it ASAP, they would have said so. I turned in the summary less than 72hrs later. Nbd/big deal?
