How would you deal with the following situation:
You get moved from sales (being successful) into building a channel program to increase sales etc, but the company is not interested in providing you with the tools you need for the 'job' for example a PRM/partner portal, training for partners etc.
There is alot I can do without certain things but how much can you really get done without the tools or support from the organization itself.

I’m in an interesting dilemma. Very interested in leaving my company, but I am also going through IVF. I know most new jobs require a year wait before you can go on maternity leave. Hello - A Canadian startup based in Toronto that is interested in hiring developers who have recently landed in Canada with valid permanent residency status or at least an open work visa specifically for software development .
