My dog got injured during her stay at dog boarding. They didn’t tell me about it and I only found out when we got home. They had some kind of insurance in case of injury/illness, so I filed a claim and took her to the vet. In the last step of being reimbursed for the vet bill, I’m being asked to sign an NDA and non-disparagement agreement.
I haven’t signed it nor do I want to. They basically don’t want to take responsibility.

Why don't guys like when the guy they are talking to calls them dude? "Dude" is in my every day vocabulary but sometimes when I'm talking to a guy and refer to them as dude, they give me that awkward look or ask me why i called them dude 🤔🤔🤔

I live in a more conservative city. Does anyone feel like how you perform at work is a reflection of the gay community to your peers? For example, if you’re a bad performer, it’s going to be reflective of the gay community as a whole and could make it harder for the next gay person? Is it weird to think that?
