I work in sales as a coordinator and do a bunch of paperwork with customers online. I LOVE PEOPLE but dread going to work everyday (wfh 3x a week) because the environment is toxic. My base location does not have a hot seat.

Should this not be the focus from HR side to get a seat allocated rather than pushing employees to report to a random office that have a seat.?

And On top of that we have to take care of our own commute even when we are in shifts.
