Coming to the constructors, it's seriously impressive Mercedes was able to pull it off again after being so far off in testing. One interesting tidbit that came out this week- Mercedes didn't use ANY tokens this year. It's been basically confirmed they had a huge upgrade for a new nose on the car, but it failed FIA crash tests and the team was left scrambling. Massive credit to them for winning in a year where it seemed they wouldn't have the pace.

My long distance boyfriend confuses the hell out of me. Whenever I visit him he complains that I’m too nagging/clingy but when I give him space and go out without him, he gets mad that I left him. Similarly when we talk on the phone he says I talk too much but if I don’t talk to him for a day he blows up my phone and asks why I’m not answering. I think it’s time to call it quits 😔

Hey folks, I am new here. Need some advice. The situation is, I just have 6 months of work ex. A week before, I was retained by my company against an offer with almost 80% hike. Though there are no legal implications, the management has warned me against moving out for at least 6 more months. And yesterday I received a c2h offer from Deloitte. I have two YOE in one of the Big 4s. Current salary is 16 lpa(fixed + bonus). Have an offer from EY India.

They are offering Consultant role in their Advisory Division. Should I insist on Senior Con. ? They are citing lack of experience as a reason.

Also what is the Salary I can ask? I understand there might be band limitations. Just wanted to understand if someone can shed some light on the max. I should expect & can someone help me understand about the bonuses there? TIA
