How are we making great work on tiny budgets? I’m in nyc.

According to Cannes, you just put “introducing The” … or…. “the worlds first” infront of something normally benign…..
Introducing The CluckCuck
The world’s first banner ad for chick fil-a that makes you watch as other people eat chicken ….

I know you are joking but not only is it funny but it’s also pretty smart

Smaller budgets usually mean you need to take bigger creative risks, which most clients don't want to do. It also means you need to approach media buys differently, which clients AND agencies don't usually like to do.

A combination of luck and a spark of inspiration. Trust me, if there was a secret sauce for making magic with a tiny budget, then everyone would know about it by now. You're basically being asked to squeeze water out of stone

Being very intentional about what we are doing. Big budgets have their benefits no doubt, but I don’t hate the challenge when we aren’t working with a ton of resources either. Money shouldn’t be the biggest factor in what we can do. (although I won’t deny it makes things easier the majority of the time!)

Agency employees in the videos. Or cutting down deliverables / having creatives make the videos vs charging the production arm of the company. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

I’m in a final round interview with EY for entry level roles. Does it affect me negatively if my recruiter knows that I’ve offer from multiple other big 4 firms? I received a form to fill where It asks for any offers that I already have.

Hi lady fish,

I’ve been with Accenture for 10 years and am about to take maternal leave. I got an interesting conversation with HR yesterday about leaving Accenture after maternal leave, and the kicker is to join the client. I got a couple of questions for you guys:

One...did anyone leave Accenture right after maternal leave? If so, what happened? Did they have to pay back anything?

For those that work at big4, does maternity leave benefit only kick in if you’ve worked for the firm for at least a year? Or does it apply immediately?

Whoever said bumble bbfs was great couldn’t have been more right. It’s weird I’ve l been confident in how I look in the last few years but my personality and likability was put into question but instantly I seem to be receiving the friendship attention I like, 50+ likes by 4am on the first day, signed up at 2am. It’s kind of nice to make brand new friends without having a connection or a class together. Old friends and friends or friends sometimes benchmark you and don’t view the new you

Got an offer from a big bank’s operation department (fund reporting analyst), currently at EY faas and I’m not happy here, should I stick it out here until I get promotion or jump now? The salary offered is about the same I get now ( a few K higher). but I’m worried about flexibility (not as many vacations, promotions) if I jump to industry :(

Hi all!

Apologies in advance if this is the incorrect space for this - but my agency - Spark Foundry - is hiring at multiple levels within the analytics team. If you’re interested, private message me. A lot of growth here!

Looking for some insights on compensation range (base and bonus) for 3rd year Manager in Deloitte US, Customer Strategy and Applied Design practice (C&M). Would location influence the pay (for example New York vs So Cal)? Currently in Deloitte at another geographic and weighing joining Deloitte US or going freelance as an Innovation and Strategic Design consultant. Also if there’s anyone that went the Big4 to freelancing route, would appreciate if I can DM for a few questions! Thanks!

Hi Fishes, Y.O.E 7.5+ years. Tata Consultancy TCS is offering 25LPA including variable pay and everything. So just 15% increment on my current salary since they mentioned I am leaving my current organization within 1 year.

They mentioned 8-12% is VP plus 80k from that salary is paid at the end of each year. Is it a good enough salary for 7.5+ yoe candidate. Also any heads up for the things I should look out for will be really helpful.
