Give her an important project, like building something in the yard or planting… something she can be proud of and pay her something that makes sense for your situation for it! Also make sure that you have friends over or playdates in the evenings/weekends to keep her socializing.
Also give her goals/rewards for reading and math work during the summer. While you’re working she can be reading and going outside to build. Unplug the TV during the day as a routine and she’ll have to entertain herself.
When you’re an only child though it’s harder
The library usually has fun events for free. If you are able to work from there maybe this could work. Unless you are on calls all day, that could be harder. Does she do chores? If so start giving her daily list.
does your city have a rec center, many offer affordable options. how about the library? can you set up playdates or maybe small gig like dog walking/sitting?
Some camps take volunteers depending on the age. You can look into that for her. Or look into museums or free city/town events like events at the public library or at the park
You could invest in some art projects or other similar tasks. Michaels has all sorts of kits to do. Paint by number kits are fun, or making a rug, etc
I’d also have her check out a couple books from the local library. If you can take her when the books are due, she can exchange the old for new books, it’s a great way to build the habit of reading.
