Have you sleep trained or are you open to sleep training?
What time are the naps and what do wake windows look like? If it’s just during nighttime, it sounds less like separation anxiety than it is making adjustments to overall sleep schedule.
Maybe try dropping to one nap? Also might a good time to implement a bedtime routine if you haven’t already.
