Sure! I am a graphic designer which means I design Logos, Business Portfolios, T-Shirts/Clothing, Home Accessories, and I do digital marketing for my business. I seek to expand into a tech company when I’m older but for now Art is my niche and I make good money selling my products.

Hi fellow designers!
I’m a UX designer with 2 YOE in a design agency currently at 12.5LPA. I’ve recently landed an offer at a startup for 16.5 LPA + 2L esops with 2yr cliff period for a senior UX design role. I want to know if it’s worth to make the switch or wait some more?

PS: This was my first interview in the switching process so I’m not sure if I could have landed better offers or if this is the best I could get.

Any suggestions for a formula to calculate a running count of the number of incidences in a list? For example, in a list with A, B, C, B; I want to label A = 1, then the first B =1, and first C = 1, and then the second B = 2, etc. The list is in a column and there are thousands of names.
