I just got a 3 month contract offer as Senior Paid Social Strategist at Meta through a staffing agency. I have a fte with an early stage social commerce startup atm. It’s great pay but the current climate for startup fundraising is so uncertain.
I’m really conflicted between the two. On the one hand, a name like Meta would be a great resume booster (I’ve never worked for a FAANG or big ad agency.) On the other hand, 3 months at a shaky Meta could also leave me in no man’s land. Thoughts? Facebook (Meta)

Sr Business intelligence analyst role at Autodesk
Hey guys I finished my round of interviews at auto desk for a senior bi analyst focusing on hr analytics and think I am close to getting an offer. I have a 7 years of experience working as a bi analyst in an advertising company company.
What kind of salary can I expect and should expect ? And can anyone from auto desk tell me their experience working in the company specifically in the analytics role?
Thanks
Hey All!
I have a phone interview for a data scientist role at snowflake comming up. Any advice on how to prep?
The email indicates that the call will cover my experience, motivations, and understanding of Snowflake.
Curious if other have gone through the process and have insights to share. Or if anyone at snowflake can shed light on how I can be effective.

Skills and past experiences and summary should include the type of language you see in the job descriptions for the kind of jobs you want. Also connecting with people in roles or at companies that you are interested in can't hurt, I would think.
I'll try reaching out to recruiters in my field and hope for the best!!
I think it’s just the job market right now. I’ve been at AWS for 5 years and usually I get at least 1-2 recruiters in my inbox every week. For about the past 6-8 months, I’ve barely had anything other than some junk.
Love it but has to be one of the most unrewarding roles. When things go right, you need to thank your team and stakeholders for crushing it. When things go wrong, it’s always your fault. You need to manage a lot of politics and expectations with seniors. Of course this depends on the nature of your program (size, scope, complexity, etc) and can vary.
Do you have your settings set to open to work? I noticed I started getting more messages from recruiters after I added that. You can set it to only recruiters seeing you’re open to opportunities too in case you don’t want a current employer to know.
I did do that... I already mentioned it it's in the last line of my post? Lol despite that I get nothing
