How do you get started on Upwork?? I've been finding it so hard to get gigs, and it really doesn't help that clients aren't confident moving forward with a person who doesn't have too many gigs listed on their profile. I've heard your first 10 gigs help you become a 'rising star' and that's what gets you noticed. Any tips on how to get those first 10, apart from sending in cover letters?
