Anyone with June non-premium filing had their H1b approved?

I am getting married in Decemeber and am on H1B. I wanted to work from India for a couple if weeks to reach my utilization target since its my promo year. Are we allowed to do that? If yes, what is the process? Otherwise i will have to take pto for a month.

Can we do GLG type calls while on H1b? I get a lot of these requests but not sure if we are allowed to do this.

I have an H1b which I received in 2019 and was valid till august2021, due to covid I wasn't able to travel and then I switched to another firm last year in November. If I get visa transfer, will it provide me a validity back as I haven't used any on site time on that visa.

I join tcs by changing my profile and my previous exp was in 5 yr pre-sales.
I am giving my best in work but still escalations are raised against me by client.
My husband is also in tcs he is moving to onsite in Jan and my travel is also planned mid next year.
I am giving 12hour daily in my job to adjust in new profile. And affecting my health now.
Shall I quit the job and move with my husband with on dependant visa? Or i shall continue to get pressurized and wait for my onsite?

Need advice. Currently at $142k base. 3 years and 1 month left before I max out of H1b. Just got my PWD issued through current employer though their immediate reaction is subtly letting me know they’re not in a hurry to start recruitment. Got an offer today for $160k base. Similar role, both are good teams, etc. Do I politely decline and see my GC process through or accept and get more money? Feel like current employer will drag their feet as long as they can for retention purposes.

Ranting on H1B transfer process: LCA submitted for approval on January 6th. Still haven’t heard anything. My start date is 2/22/2021 but I really can’t wait to submit my notice...oh the waiting game...

USCIS is opening offices on or after June 4. Does this mean that US embassies worldwide will also open around the same date? I recall that USCIS stopped processing application the same day the State department ordered consular service closures. Wondering if anyone is aware of a link.
