How do you keep track of your to-do list? I keep mine on paper but am thinking of switching to OneNote or a Word Doc.

I'm in negotiation with the this data company (which is only 10 % over offered fixed ctc) but HR hasn't shown much confidence. They have asked for week's time & say can only offer a signing bonus. I'm getting a bit nervous as it's an opportunity I've always wanted!

I said it was fine, but the more I think about it the less I’m open to relocating. I now have an offer from them, is there anyway to negotiate no relocation? They are remote until mid year 2021. I can't help but feel that my current 'Digital Managing Partner' job title is a little too niche when it comes to LinkedIn job/resume keyword relevance, particularly outside of a media agency environment. However, a 'Digital Director' title feels too junior and 'Managing Director' maybe a little more senior. Any logical suggestions please? Thanks

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)
