I have Harvey proof EVERYTHING now. If anything, it’s confirmed there are any tiny things I would NEVER catch no matter how many times I read it
Try printing out hard copies and reading the document back to front (by paragraph). Get an assistant or document support (if your firm offers it) to proof when you are done. Use firm approved AI proofing or spell check tools. Read the document aloud.
AI. Imagine how annoying it must be to be constantly changing one person's typos when there are multiple tools that prevent you from making them.

So you have words that are consistently mistyped? If you do, you can edit word's autocorrect dictionary so they are automatically corrected. I use it on acronyms that I consistently use so I don't have to worry about constantly checking that I correctly placed periods or used capitalization.
Yeah seconding Harvey. I’m a convert and use it everyday for proofing and just generally summarizing my words.

Why is your practice group focusing so much on typos and not the substantive work?
This doesn’t sound like a practice group that’s working as a team.
That is the exact issue. We handle large, complex cases but I am the only associate and am putting out fires where one of the partners is providing work with substantive issues and is dropping everything on me at the last moment. Have said I needed more support multiple times. Also just got an assistant and access to AI so hope that will help.
