I have lost 8 pounds already in 5 weeks, and gaining muscle steadily- almost no changes to my very desi food centric-diet. Check him out, you will not be disappointed as long as you stick to his plan for you!

How do you all deal with the guilt of leaving a comany/ team? I have been working at Microsoft for 1 year now, and seriously considering moving. I find the code base to be very legacy and I mostly work on obscure bugs that I spend so much time on, mostly due to navigating this large code base and not having much docs to refer to. Hence I find the job slightly unsatisfying, and that I could learn more elsewhere. However, I love the wlb, the team and company culture. The guilt stops my applying.

Levels.fyi should have enough info
How many yoe? Entry level at google is ~200k, l4 is around 300ish.
Well 3 of the companies you tagged are FAANG so they don't reflect the majority of companies in the market (obviously the TC in these companies will be way higher).
As a Senior IOS Engineer, I would presume you have skills such as setting up the project, configuring/building, developing, and deploying multiple IOS apps (especially to the Apple App Store) in addition to mentoring other developers and interacting with the business side of the team/company. Someone else mentioned this, but I would check different companies on Levels site, Glassdoor, etc to see what type of salaries they're offering (essentially doing your own market research).
I’m curious myself. As a junior I make $75k doing cross platform react native dev
That’s not bad depending on where you live. In tier 2 cities I think it’s pretty common to start at about 60-65k doing the same thing
Depends on the country and city, here in Paris a junior iOS Swift developer starts at about 35-40k€, I feel like it’s pretty much underpaid.
That seems low to me. I started in ObjC iOS apps 12 years ago in Paris and I was paid 38k first year, then 45k second year. 5 years into it I was at 50-55k. And as I remember, those were pretty standard salaries for this specialty
Hard to know if you're underpaid without knowing loc, yoe, and current comp.
