How do you usually feel when you're in an all-white or dominantly white group? I don't know why but I feel isolated, even if there is no particular reason to feel that way. Am I alone in this? I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I didn't ask to increase the amount or JB and I strongly believe I informed early so they can look for other candidates. Is this bluff? Any HR here to clarify

I got offer from Deloitte for around 14.5 (fixed + variable) for 4 years of experience in SAP.
