Back in the day some firms would pay for you to get it at night. Never heard of the government paying for it.
There are scholarships, but the largest one for NYU would still only be 50% tuition and requires working on tax law review. Accounting firms pay for LLM, but you have yo stay with them for a few years.
Feds will never pay for a whole LLM
Georgetown has some opportunities for full rides (though it’s very few—approx 5-10 students each year)
Try UF. It ranks the same as Georgetown (for most years), ranks number 1 for public schools and it’s a fraction of the cost
Government does not pay for LLM.
You may be able to deduct the cost of the LLM if you have some prior legal work experience before you do the LLM
