How is productivity measured at your org? We measure by time spent directly with clients … with the goal being 60% of our day and the remaining percentage for planning, meetings, etc.

Does anyone else feel like there’s an added emphasis on productivity? I think this is so they have ‘reasons’ to let ppl go/eliminate positions …. Am I crazy or am I on to something?

Did you do the NIPT? I just had my first prenatal appt and they scheduled me for the NIPT at 10 weeks. I’m a little nervous and anxious. Did anyone get it and got a false positive? Do you not recommend it? I wish I could ask family but we’re not telling anyone until the 12 weeks mark.
