Northeastern University offers an online MS in Nonprofit Management and Leadership program which provides students with the skills they need to lead successful nonprofit organizations such as grant writing, program planning and evaluation, budgeting and finance management.
NYU Silver School of Social Work has a top tier program for those interested in working in the non profit sector
The best schools will allow you to develop hands on experience doing the type of work you're interested in. Make sure whatever program you're applying to includes a requirement for social work in some capacity
I think it's more important to focus on landing interships or volunteer roles, regardless of what school you choose to go to. Those experience will help you develop your network in that sphere and they'll look great on your resume once you start applying for jobs
University of Washington has a Nonprofit Leadership Program with courses such as Nonprofit Financial Management, Planning and Evaluation of Nonprofits, Fundraising Strategies and Principles of Organizational Development.
I know universities, such as NYU, offer degree programs in nonprofit management or public policy & administration with a concentration in nonprofits.
