So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. How important is a master's degree for your career? Can you have longevity and thrive in the tech world with just a bachelor's? Asking this because I've been preparing for CAT this year and I feel like my preparation is only good enough to get me around 90-95 %ile which is not enough to get a call from the top IIMs. I've been preparing alongside my job and its been a tough 3 months.
